First Sunday of the month is "potluck" breakfast with many members treating us to their amazing culinary creations.
Wednesday Prayer service at 5:00 p.m.Services are suspended due to COVID-19. Holy Eucharist on the first Wednesday of the month.
Evening Prayer at Chapel of the Ascension is held the first Sunday of the month at 5:00 p.m. May through October. Services are suspended due to COVID-19. The Chapel is located on Old Murphy Road near Standing Indian Campground. See map.

Outreach Participation St. John's works with many community services for the benefit of the people of Franklin. St. John's supports the Serving Spoon, Community Clinic, Cartoogechaye Elementary School, the Nantahala Hiking Club, and others through Cartoogechaye Christian Fellowship.
